Who is the data controller?

Juan Manuel García, Tax ID 06578619-K, registered at Calle del Prado 7, 5D, is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data and for what purpose?

Depending on the form through which we obtain your personal data, we will always process it confidentially for the following purposes:

For Contact forms:

To respond to enquiries or any other request made by the user through any of the contact methods available on the controller's website, on the basis of the consent given in that form.

If indicated in the form, and provided the user requests it, to send commercial advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social media or any other electronic or physical medium, present or future. These communications shall be carried out by the controller and relate to its products and services or those of its partners or providers with whom a promotional agreement has been reached.

For forms relating to the Newsletter:

To send newsletters, news, offers and online promotions, on the basis of the consent given in the form.

For forms in which users may Request a quote:

To send commercial quotes for products and services, on the basis of the execution of a contract or pre-contract.

For forms intended to gather Testimonials:

To moderate and publish on the website the user's experiences, opinions and suggestions about a product or service, on the basis of the consent given in the form.

How long do we keep your personal data?

Data will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of processing or as required by legal provisions, and once it is no longer needed for those purposes it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymisation or full destruction.

Who do we share your personal data with?

No transfer of personal data to third parties is foreseen unless necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, in which case data may be shared with our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy legislation.

What are your rights?

The USER's rights are:

  • The right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and to restriction or objection to its processing.
  • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

  1. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL CHARACTER OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

USERS, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data into fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or download forms, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to address their request from the provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER warrants that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for communicating any modifications to it.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services delivered will fully match your needs.

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD when processing the personal data under its responsibility, and notably with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect USERS' rights and freedoms, and has communicated the appropriate information so they can exercise them.
