Frequently asked questions about ecommerce

What we get asked the most

  • WooCommerce, Shopify or custom build?
WooCommerce: maximum customisation and no per-sale fees, ideal if you already have WordPress or need deep business integration. Shopify: the simplest operational option, monthly fee + per-sale commission, perfect if you don't want to worry about hosting or maintenance. Custom: for special cases with atypical catalogues, B2B with per-customer pricing or when you need top performance (Astro + Stripe). We recommend the right one in the first meeting.
  • Do you integrate with my ERP, POS or accounting system?
Yes. We integrate with Holded, Sage, A3, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Hiopos, Glop, etc. Integration usually covers: product and stock sync, order import to the ERP, invoice export and automatic price updates. If your system has an API, we integrate directly; otherwise via scheduled CSV/SFTP.
  • What payment gateways do you offer?
The usual ones: Redsys (bank POS), Stripe, PayPal, Bizum (via Redsys), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and instalment financing. You can offer several at once. We configure in test mode before going live and verify PCI-DSS compliance.
  • How much does an online store cost?
A basic ecommerce (simple catalogue, up to 100 products, basic gateways, no integrations) starts from €2,500–€4,500. A medium ecommerce with ERP integration and advanced filters: €4,500–€8,000. B2B stores with per-customer pricing, multi-currency or custom builds from €8,000. Monthly maintenance: €80–€250/month depending on volume.
  • How do we manage stock if I sell on multiple channels?
We work with a master system — usually your ERP — where real stock is centralised. Your website, Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Carrefour, etc. query the master periodically or via webhooks. We configure syncs every 5–15 minutes as needed. We also use gateways like ChannelEngine or Lengow if you sell across many marketplaces.
  • Do you do SEO for ecommerce?
Yes, included in our builds: product rich snippets (price, stock, ratings), Product / Offer / AggregateRating schema, dynamic product sitemap, per-product and per-category meta tags, image optimisation with WebP, automatic internal linking and Google Merchant Center compatibility.
