Custom-built booking system for Christmas events The challenge
An events company asked us for an online system to manage in an orderly way an event where children could meet Santa Claus over video call.
Our solution
We designed a website where the customer can log in, add the children's contact details, pick a day and time for the video call and the application they will use for the connection.
The site was designed from scratch and built ad-hoc: a front-end section where the customer creates the booking and selects their slot, and a back-end section where each booking is registered for the event team — keeping bookings in order, scheduling breaks and controlling each session's duration.
