Basic plan (standard corporate site): €35–€60/month. Plus plan (medium traffic or basic ecommerce): €80–€150/month. Pro plan (high-volume ecommerce, multi-site, integrations): €200–€400/month. All include hosting, SSL, backups and priority support. -
What SLA do you offer?
Basic plan: ticket response in 24 working hours, typical resolution in 1–3 business days. Plus plan: response in 8 working hours, resolution within 24h. Pro plan: response in 2 working hours, out-of-hours coverage for critical incidents (downtime, hacks). All plans include the cost of preventive maintenance hours. -
What do you do if my site goes down or gets hacked?
Restore from the most recent verified backup, identify the attack vector, patch vulnerabilities and apply additional hardening (firewall, 2FA, IP restrictions). For advanced hacks we request a full forensic analysis from your hosting account. Detection usually comes through monitoring before you even notice. -
Do you maintain websites built by others?
Yes. We do a free initial audit to assess the project's status and propose an appropriate plan. If the site has significant technical debt (CMS years out of date, insecure plugins) we discuss a stabilisation cost before regular maintenance.
