Online marketing for Hotel 4 Postes

The challenge

We were dealing with a hotel in Ávila whose website — provided by its booking system, Sercotel — didn't faithfully reflect the establishment's character or its different business areas. Two of the most important parts of a hotel of this scale are events and restaurant service, and they had almost no presence on the booking system's website.

Our solution

We started with a content restructuring split by business area, paying particular attention to describing each one in a way that highlighted attention to detail, quality of raw materials and the people behind the service. We built a website where the visitor can get to know the hotel, the rooms (split by category) and the value-added services around them. We then developed the showcase of the venues — a complex with stand-out function rooms and outdoor spaces — emphasising the capacity to host events of any size, up to 1,100 attendees. We paid special attention to the restaurant area, where experience is the value-add reflected in every dish. We highlighted the traditional restaurant with high-quality, locally sourced products, and made special mention of the company's ability to handle large events with no loss of culinary quality. We rolled out the social media presence, focusing on gastronomy, the attentive service at the hotel and the surrounding activities, achieving high engagement and a very active response from Hotel 4 Postes followers. We also developed major events such as Denominación 4 Postes, for which we built a unique image and creative concept, website and dedicated social media structure.

Spaces at any scale

We highlighted the venue's ability to host events for up to 1,100 attendees without losing attention to detail. Each function room is presented with its own character and the services that come with it.

Local produce, traditional cooking

We dedicated a specific area to the restaurant to emphasise the weight of the produce, the raw materials and the front-of-house team. Gastronomy became narrative, not decoration.
